Set for success! LifeCamp was ready to receive a sold out crowd. The dining room featured giant floating forks, over-sized veggies and gorgeous centerpieces made of fresh flowers and lush tomato plants.

Under the tent, guests enjoyed a wine, spirits, and craft beer tasting (organized by Michael Cedro of Riverside Wine & Liquor) along with samples of amazing artisan foods from Bobolink, Fulper Family Farmstead and Oldwick General Store.

Our speaking program included our Special honoree, Jerry Walker of Team Walker and our President & Founder, Chip Paillex, who spoke about our goal to reach over 1 million pounds this growing season.  Congressman Leonard Lance served as the Keynote Speaker at Farm to Fork and presented the flag that was flown over the United States Capitol in honor of America’s Grow-a-Row.

Finally, guests dined on a delicious farm-to-table meal prepared by Ross & Owren Fine Catering and enjoyed their dessert with a cup of artisan-roasted organic coffee from Black River Roasters before finding out what terrific prize packages they won in our gift auction. Proceeds raised at the vent will help AGAR reach our 2014 goals of donating over 1 million pounds of farm-fresh food to various hunger relief agencies in New Jersey while, at the same time, educating people of all ages about hunger, the importance of agriculture, and healthy eating.
